Senior Consultant, Business Performance Management (BPM)

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced, energetic individuals who enjoy working with financial systems and processes for the role of Senior Consultant in our Business Performance Management practice. The Senior Consultant is responsible for all aspects of financial systems implementation including requirements gathering, application design, application configuration and implementation, client mentoring and training and project management.

Required Skills:

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience with financial processes such as planning, forecasting, financial reporting and financial consolidation. Candidates must posses a strong systems background and have experience in one of the following software tools:

• Hyperion Essbase
• Hyperion Planning
• Hyperion Reports
• Hyperion Analyzer

Candidates should also have experience in financial software implementations and project management, and possess excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Desired Educational Background:

• Bachelors Degree in IT or Business Degree such as Finance or Accounting
• MBA or CPA a plus

Location and Travel:

The position is based out of our Chicago office and will include around 20% travel.
