Job Description

Infrastructure Consultants are responsible for sizing, installing, tuning, and troubleshooting software installations for Oracle UPK, Oracle Hyperion Products, and Oracle Business Intelligence.  
 
Candidates should have 3+ years of experience with servers and infrastructure.  Candidates must possess a strong system background and have experience in many of the following technologies: Windows, Unix, Storage Systems, Networking, Firewalls, Automation, and SQL.  Candidates should have experience supporting project implementations and task management.   Candidates should possess excellent problem solving and communication skills. The job will include travel.

Responsibilities Include:

The Infrastructure Consultant is responsible for all aspects of software installation and troubleshooting which include: requirement discussions, sizing, review of client hardware, installation of software, tuning, maintenance of our internal lab environment, and working with Oracle technical support.
You should be comfortable working with any hardware technology and learning new techniques, processes, and improving internal processes.

Travel to client locations required

  • Hardware Virtualization
  • Load Balancers
  • Hyperion and/or Oracle Business Intelligence Installation
  • Knowledge of SQL
