Greg Lewis
Co-Founder and Co-CEO

As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Emerging Solutions, Greg Lewis brings more than 17 years of technology and business leadership experience. In addition to providing C-Level guidance, Mr. Lewis leads the Sales and Marketing team. He has worked with a wide range of industries in the selection, implementation, upgrade and development of ERP, CRM and BI applications.

Before co-founding Emerging Solutions in 1997, Mr. Lewis worked for Coopers & Lybrand in the company’s technology practice, playing a major role in the success of projects that included ERP, Business Intelligence and Sales Productivity. Key clients at Coopers & Lybrand included R.R.Donnelly & Sons and multiple divisions of Abbott Labs. Prior to Coopers & Lybrand, Mr. Lewis was a consultant in the Manufacturing & Distribution Consulting Practice at the Chicago accounting firm Altschuler, Melvoin and Glasser. The practice focused on system implementations and business process consulting.  

Mr. Lewis earned a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Computer Science from the Krannert School of Management at Purdue University.


Don Sweeney
Co-Founder and Co-CEO

As Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Emerging Solutions, Don Sweeney brings more than 15 years of experience to the firm. Mr. Sweeney is responsible for providing strategic direction and executive team leadership to accomplish the company’s objectives. He also heads the company’s growing Microsoft practice.

Before co-founding Emerging Solutions in 1997, Mr. Sweeney worked for PeopleSoft as a financial systems consultant for numerous strategic clients throughout the country, including Utilicorp, Borden Foods, Underwriters Laboratories, TransUnion, Tires Plus, State Farm Insurance and the Minneapolis Star Tribune. Prior to PeopleSoft, he worked at Andersen Consulting (Accenture) as a part of the strategic enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementations group. During his tenure at Andersen, he concentrated on highly-visible, mission critical implementations as a financial systems and reporting expert for highly visible accounts such as McDonnell Douglas, Ohio State University and the State of New York.

Mr. Sweeney holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics from the University of Michigan.


Richard Reid
Senior Vice President, Oracle Practice

As one of the firm’s first employees and a partner of Emerging Solutions, Rich Reid brings more than 18 years of experience to the firm in business leadership and information technology.  Rich is leading the Oracle National Practice.  In this role, Rich is responsible for setting the firms’ strategy and managing professional services within the Oracle applications and technology stacks.  During his tenure with Emerging Solutions, Rich was instrumental in growing the firm and managing key accounts such as the American Dental Association, Underwriters Laboratories, LaSalle Bank, Fairview Healthcare and Katten Law.

Before joining Emerging Solutions , Rich worked for a software development firm as the Director of Technology designing and managing the development of engineering applications for Fortune 500 companies.  Prior to his work in product development, Rich led an Oracle Database Administration and Development team for Coopers and Lybrand Consulting working for companies such as Abbott Laboratories and RR Donnelley & Sons.   Prior to Coopers, Rich began his career at Motorola and was the primary support and development professional responsible for production manufacturing and distribution systems.  His knowledge spanned Database Administration, application specialist, business analyst, UNIX Administration, Project Management and team management.

Mr. Reid holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.  In addition, he is an active member of the Executive Club of Chicago and the Project Management Institute.  Mr. Reid is also an active member of his community and coaching children’s sports. 


Andee Harris
Senior Vice President, Chicago Managing Director

As Senior Vice President, Managing Director of Emerging Solutions, Andee Harris brings more than 15 years of experience to the firm. Ms. Harris is responsible for providing strategic direction and day to day operations for the Chicago office. Prior to her promotion to Senior VP, Office Managing Director, Ms. Harris spent eight years leading the Human Capital Management practice, focusing on the evaluation and implementation of software to streamline Human Resources functions within large organizations.

Before joining Emerging Solutions, Ms. Harris worked with Andersen Consulting (Accenture) as part of the company’s Software Intelligence Group. She consulted on many strategic accounts, including the Department of Defense, AON and Chicago Tribune.

Ms. Harris believes in strong community service and the ultimate responsibility of business to give back to the community, and sits on the executive board of Children’s Memorial Hospital Corporate Champions Board. In addition, she is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Executive Club of Chicago, Burley PTA and Friends of Burley, and Chicago Canine Rescue. She holds a B.A in Organizational Studies from the University of Michigan.


Fred DiDominick
VP, Business Development

As VP, Business Development at Emerging Solutions, Fred DiDominick is responsible for providing senior level business development expertise and helping to drive new business. Mr. DiDominick was responsible for bringing onboard many of the company’s larger clients including Kraft Foods, Tribune Company, Potash Corporation and Capital One. He is also charged with managing operations functions, including human resources, IT and other administrative areas. 

Mr. DiDominick joined Emerging Solutions in 1999 after spending 25 years in various IT senior management positions at The Quaker Oats Company, FMC Corporation, Liquid Carbonic and RR Donnelley & Sons. 

He holds an undergraduate degree in Mathematics from John Carroll University and a MBA from Indiana University.
