Emerging Solutions is currently recruiting full-time mid and senior level Microsoft Dynamics/CRM consultants with extensive Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 experience for immediate hire in either our Chicago office or our Minneapolis office.

Responsibilities and Skills Required:
 
  • Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Gather and understand client system requirements for CRM software selections
  • Perform gap analysis between package delivered functionality and client's requirements
  • Map client requirements with CRM application functionality identifying creative work-arounds when necessary or customizations/custom development
  • Train client personnel on the usage and administration of CRM applications
  • Develop data conversion and testing strategies
  • Develop high level project work plans
  • Manage individual and team budgets and scope of work
  • Lead client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions
  • Demo Product on a High level for Pre-Sales Opportunities
  • Best Practices in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
 
Education, Certifications and Experience:
 
  • 4 year degree in business, MIS, or equivalent
  • 1+ year experience implementing MSCRM required
  • 2 years consulting experience preferred
  • Proven project management experience
  • MS CRM Certification preferred
    PM Certified
