Emerging Solutions is currently recruiting full-time mid and senior level Microsoft Dynamics/CRM consultants with extensive Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 experience for immediate hire in either our Chicago office or our Minneapolis office.

Responsibilities and Skills Required:
 
Analyze front office processes (sales, marketing and customer service) to identify opportunities for improvement
Gather and understand client system requirements for CRM software selections
Perform gap analysis between package delivered functionality and client's requirements
Map client requirements with CRM application functionality identifying creative work-arounds when necessary or customizations/custom development
Train client personnel on the usage and administration of CRM applications
Develop data conversion and testing strategies
Develop high level project work plans
Manage individual and team budgets and scope of work
Lead client meetings or facilitated strategy sessions
Demo Product on a High level for Pre-Sales Opportunities
Best Practices in Sales, Marketing and Customer Service.
 
Education, Certifications and Experience:
 
4 year degree in business, MIS, or equivalent
1+ year experience implementing MSCRM required
2 years consulting experience preferred
Proven project management experience
MS CRM Certification preferred
PM Certified

 
Travel required: 25%
