 Required Technical Skills
- Proven development and production implementation experience with Microsoft SharePoint (specifically versions 2003 and/or 2007)
- Experience developing custom solutions for SharePoint using web parts; strong working knowledge of the SharePoint Object Model
- Software development experience including Website design and development experience using Microsoft ASP.NET, Visual Studio, SQL Server, etc.
- Effective English written and verbal communications - ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical users.
- Effective client-facing interpersonal skills; comfortable and effective acting as liaison between multiple technology groups and representing groups in large scale meetings.
- Expertise in all phases of the software development life cycle (SDLC) including initial design/analysis through deployment
- Ability to work well both in teams and independently
 - Ability to analyze business and technical scenarios
- Strong motivation, self-direction, commitment and integrity
- Demonstrate good judgment in selecting techniques and method for obtaining solutions
- Proficient in web application and business components design and implementation
- Must be well organized and have the ability to multitask
