What You’ll Learn:
Rick’s presentation will describe how to use job attributes to derive role names and descriptions, how to use a portal navigation summary listing to derive menu permission list names and descriptions and system access requests for Manager Self Service.

Rick has worked continuously in the field of HRIS for over 20 years - often with concurrent HR practitioner responsibilities in Compensation, Benefits, Compliance Reporting, etc. in Higher Education, Financial, Manufacturing, and Service industries. He has been a PeopleSoft implementation and upgrade consultant and has managed the functional and technical PeopleSoft support staff as a Director of HRIS Applications. Rick holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Wisconsin and a Master’s Degree from the University of Notre Dame focusing on Experimental Psychology and Industrial-Organizational Research/Methodology, respectively. Rick has also earned his PHR and CCP certifications.
